Primary Purpose: Facilitate the efficient operation of the athletic department and provide clerical services to professional staff.
Qualifications: Education/Certification: High school diploma or GED
Special Knowledge/Skills: Proficient word processing and file maintenance skills Effective organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to use personal computer and software to develop spreadsheets, databases, with databases Ability to manage Google Drive and Google Functions Knowledge of basic accounting principles Ability and willingness to learn new computer programs
Experience: One to three years’ secretarial experience, preferably in public education environment |
