This position is 8 hours a day for 187 days. (7am to 4pm with 1 hour lunch)

Primary Purpose:

Prepare and serve appropriate quantities of food to meet menu requirements. Maintain high standards of quality in food production, sanitation, and safety practices.

Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
Valid Drivers licence and Food Handling Card from Williamson County Health Department.

Special Knowledge/Skills:
Ability to understand food preparation and safety instructions
Working knowledge of kitchen equipment and food production procedures
Ability to operate large and small kitchen equipment and tools
Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations
Must hold a valid Texas driver's license and have a good driving record

Experience:
Needs to have over one year experience working in a kitchen
