This is a Federally Funded position.
Primary Purpose:
To assist the Principal & Assistant Superintendent of School Support in the improvement of reading achievement through structured intervention teaching and assisting with the campus RTI processes.
Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
Valid Texas teaching certification
Bachelor’s degree (Masters in progress or completed preferred)
ESL certification preferred
Bilingual Certification Required
Special Knowledge/Skills:
- Relevant educational studies through a combination of professional development/college hours.
- Knowledge of state and local curriculum, state assessment, assessment, instructional coaching, instructional design, and instructional technology.
- Specialized training in special programs and at-risk student populations.
Experience:
Five years successful classroom teaching experience. |
